The situation in the the same bettwen europe and the us, France is the best exemple, In france you have a 8% unemployment rate but this rate dosent is not “high” for the contry because of the protection system they have in France, they have the bes heath care in the world and its free, if you loos you job they give you the same amout that you where making for 2 years then the lower it to the Minimum amount of money for linving , because in france nobody can make less that 700 Euros a mounth it’s the minimum amount of money for living, any homless or someone that never worked is asured to get 700 Euros a mounth, all of this protections make france a contry when it’s not extremly important to work, so 8% of unemplylemt at list half of them are happy to be unemployed ! very different from the US where you need a job or you wont get food !
